Returns & Exchange Policy

Unfortunately we do not except returns or exchanges unless the item may be faulty. You have 14 days from the item arriving with photographic evidence. Earrings can not be exchanged or refunded after purchase due to hygiene purposes. Frizzante Jewels will ensure to thoroughly check all items before shipping them. Frizzante Jewels can assure all items will be sufficiently packed in a gift box and a bubble wrap envelope. Frizzante Jewels will not be held liable or responsible for missing return items without proof of customers tracking number. Please ensure to send us your tracking number once you have dispatched the return. 


FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS 

Incase your items arrive damaged, you have 7 days from the day you received your goods to contact us at info@frizzantejewels.co.uk with photographic evidence. Failure to do so after this time will void your dispute. You are liable and responsible to pay for any shipping costs if your dispute is accepted.

Frizzante Jewels keeps an inventory of every product which has been shipped out with photographic evidence of each piece along side the customers name to avoid further disputes or issues. 

Frizzante Jewels is not held responsible for any items damaged by shipping carriers.

Frizzante Jewels is not liable for any items damaged or broken by the customer past the 14 day refund or exchange policy. 

UNDELIVERED OR LOST ITEMS
