I prioritize the swift dispatch of all orders. Within the UK, all orders are shipped via Royal Mail Signed For 1st/2nd Class, ensuring delivery within 1-2 days or 3-5 working days. Please allocate 1 day for processing, with shipments arranged for the following working day. However, shipping times may vary due to carrier, order timing, and other specific circumstances.

International Shipments:
For all international orders, we ensure secure delivery through Royal Mail's tracked and signed service. Please be aware of import tax VAT charges of your country. If you prefer individual packaging for each item in your order, kindly reach out to us via info@frizzantejewels.com. Furthermore, orders containing pre-orders will be dispatched on the specified date, unless requested by the customer.
Lost Items:
Frizzante Jewels cannot be held liable for lost packages resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer, or instances where the customer refuses to sign for their package or repeatedly misses delivery attempts. Additionally, we are not responsible for packages that go missing if the customer fails to collect them from post offices or local depots/pickup shops.
